CAUTION !! CONSTRUCTION ON SPRING WATER ALLEY (June 2025): Access to the Library will be on the Spring Street side, closest to Badger Bank/Veteran's Park. Water Street (Closest to PQ) side is CLOSED including all sidewalks and walkways. Typical Library service expected throughout construction.
